For ecoduna AG and its 100% subsidiary eparella GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “ECODUNA”), the sensitive handling of data is extremely important. The collection, process and use of all data takes place exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Telecommunications Act 2003.

We require personal or company-related data for the fulfillment of services, contracts and for the sale of our products with all related rights and obligations, such as: Quotation, order processing, delivery, billing, dunning, etc. The data are collected, stored, processed and used for these purposes.

We process your data as far as necessary for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, execution to the termination of a contract), as well as in accordance with the statutory storage and documentation obligations, the end of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties, except for third parties who are required to process contracts, carry out contracts or comply legal or business obligations (such as tax advisers).

We do not sell or otherwise provide any personal information to other companies in order to promote their own products or services.

ECODUNA uses extensive technical and organizational protection measures to prevent data loss or misuse, in particular data loss through unauthorized deletion, system failure, unauthorized modification or disclosure of confidential information.
